Why should you have a family session?
Because the obvious, everyone deserves to be in the image with their family.
Invest in yourself, to have fun, to allow your children see you with them during a memorable moment.
Having a family print on the wall, can actually increase a child's self worth within the family.
What will your session be like...
Within the session I like to capture my lifestyle method and be as relaxed as possible. Sometimes I can lightly guide with funny and emotive prompts to be relaxed, bringing out your natural and candid best and displaying the love and unity of your family. These get those beautiful lifestyle moments of pure love. At times I will prompt you to look at my camera to capture those timeless "Grandma" shots. However I find the best moments are captured when you forget the camera is even there, so I’ll make sure you’re relaxed and enjoying natural interactions with each other to capture those authentic moments you’ll love!
What To Wear:
Wardrobe should be comfortable and reflect who you are, whilst taking into account your body shape and complimenting all your beautiful features.
Once you have booked your session, you will be given exclusive access to my visual inspiration board, detailing helpful hints on colour blending and seasonal clothing suggestions.
Location & Time:
Family sessions will last approximately 1 to 1.5 hours just before sunset for the beautiful natural light and this varies throughout the year. If we need more time for your family we can discuss your requirements.
I do prefer just before sunset, however if time won't allow, sunrise, early morning is a good alternative.
All sessions can be at your chosen location within my serviceable Dalby, Toowoomba, Chinchilla, Kingaroy, Moonie and Meandarra areas. Otherwise I can make a few suggestions of my favourite spots. I have 7 locations I can suggest after booking.
Travel fees will apply to locations further than 40kms radius from Dalby.
Investment:
There is a creative booking fee, $99 (part of the total investment, not extra), due at the time of booking to lock in your date/time. Then the remainder balance of your chosen investment is due at your session date and prior to delivery of images.
What do I offer?
Couples (For engagement session, please enquiry about my wedding investments),
Immediate Family (one Family),
Generational Sessions (Grandparents, Grandchildren and parents).
Parenthood (one parent with children)
For simplicity, I deliver all the “client worthy images” with my services, ranging between 50 to 200 images. I prefer not to restrict clients with a packaged small number of final images. Need to know more? Contact Susan below.

After your Session:
Final client worthy images will be available through your own private online viewing gallery, where you can select the images to be complimentary printed that come with your investment. When your complimentary prints have arrived, they will be delivered with your USB containing all of your final client worthy images in high resolution.
